DO I NEED TO PURCHASE MY TICKET AHEAD OF TIME?
Preferably, yes. Paint in Hawaii is a small business with limited resources. For this reason, it is helpful to be as prepared as we can be before each of our events. While we do accept walk-ins, we will only have a limited number of extra seats available depending on our venue and resources at our disposal at that time. Unexpected walk-ins are subject to a $5 surcharge at the event.
For our Online Paint Classes, you will need to prepare ahead of time to obtain supplies before we start. We also have limited availability with each session. For these reasons, it is best to pre-register so you can be informed of how to attend the class, gather supplies, and reserve your spot!

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
Tickets are $40 and up for our in-person paint and sip events and $20 for our online painting classes. Subscribe to our newsletters to receive discounts or sign up for our pre-pay program for further discounts.
WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
All major credit cards, cash, pre-paid tickets, Venmo, $CashApp, and gift cards purchased on our store.
HOW CAN I RESERVE MY SEAT IF I WISH TO PAY CASH?
For in-person paint and sip events: After adding the event of your choice to the shopping cart, proceed to checkout and choose the option for "cash" to pay with Venmo or $CashApp. All other cash tickets are subject to a $5 surcharge at the door.
For online painting classes: please email us with your name, phone number, and which class you would like to attend if you wish to pay with Venmo or $CashApp
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
For in-person paint and sip events: Our doors will be open 30 minutes before class. Arriving 15-20 minutes prior to class will give you enough time to get checked in, order dinner and/or drinks, visit with friends, and get ready for your paint class.
For online painting classes: it is best to join about 15 minutes ahead of time so we can check you in, get set up, and chat with others before the event begins.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Our in-person events are held at various venues near Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. We will provide detailed directions for each event.
Our online paint classes are held through Zoom.us.
WHAT SIZE CANVASES DO YOU USE?
Unless otherwise advertised, we use a 16x20 standard stretched canvas. 12x16 sized canvases are available upon request up to 24 hrs prior to the events. If you join us online, it is entirely up to you what size canvas you would like to use!
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING AND WEAR TO THE CLASS?
We provide all of the supplies to our public in-person events. Just bring yourself, your creativity, and your fun loving desire to paint! We do provide smocks but accidents sometimes happen. For this reason it is best to wear proper attire! If you join us online, please see our PDF download of all supplies you would need to bring.
DO YOU DO PRIVATE LESSONS OR PRIVATE GROUP PARTIES?
I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO PAINT. SHOULD I STILL COME?
Absolutely! All that we care about is that you have the desire to paint. We will do the rest! Our art instructors will guide and assist you through the entire replication process. We have had many first timers join our sessions and they always have a great time! Just follow the steps and your painting will turn out great!
I'M REALLY SHY AND VERY MUCH AN INTROVERT. NOT SURE THIS IS FOR ME.
This is ABSOLUTELY FOR YOU! You can feel free to sit on your own or make new friends. No pressure! Better yet, join an online painting class! This way you will have minimal interaction with others all while in the comfort of your own home!
I'M EMBARRASSED TO GO TO EVENTS ALONE.
We have plenty of people that come on their own! You won't make friends sitting at home, unless you join us online! haha! ;) Check us out and have some fun!
